Onboarding a new client

The onboarding stage is a rarely ignored but often underused part of the sales process. In it, you can hook clients, build trust, and create a strong foundation for future relationships. Without that strong foundation, your connection will crush.

To consider onboarding a new client, as a podcast manager,  you should make a questionnaire template to make the process easier:

  • clients social links 
  • number of episodes per month
  • approximate raw episode length
  • turnaround time
  • extra services they need (content writing, image design, scheduling, guest management, etc.)
  • their planned budget
  • desired date to start working together
  • any additional info they think is important
